Customer: Merseylink
Country: UK
Location: Widnes, (Liverpool)
Year: 2015 to 2017
Description:
Automatized operation either for external and for internal form, avoiding the vertical movement and stripping using deformation of the structure. Internal form floating system, with a capacity of withstand 300 tons of concrete. The cable was needed to be anchored prior launching, being a real challenge to develop a inner form capable to enable the PT of the stay cable after pouring.
What was the challenge?:
Avoid the use of sacffold, avoid the lowering of FT on each movement and internal form adaptability to the different cross sections.
